Industries are divided into three classes as below:
- A
- B
- C
As long as the project is classified as class A, another entity will be involved with the process and it is Board of environmental protection and improvement which applicant should obtain permission from.
For class A and B, Applicants should provide EIA report for their project at one of below company or offices which are certified by Board of environmental protection and improvement:
1- Stratej company
2- Raboonoo company
3- HSE company
4- Balla office
5- Qallat office
6- Prs office
7- Roohat office
8- green side office
9- San office
3,000,000 IQD is a fee in return of making EIA report for class A
2,000,000 IQD is a fee in return of making EIA report for class B
